Few roof issues seem to be croping up on the 981, including my own, seems to relate to sensors and switches that control the mechanism but there are quite a few components to the roof. Go with the 981 if you plan to track it (fantastic above 5,000 RPM), if you love the sound, or if your ego cannot deal with 4 cylinders. driemolen.
