Sjknight413. You are vastly overestimating the power of the deck, you're comparing a low power APU to a 2070 which is a very powerful dedicated GPU. Capping to 30fps is the way to do it, but you should be very impressed a stable 30fps is possible considering you're emulating it. Not really. The Steam Deck is going to run breath of the wild insanely well, especially as the switch barely maintains 30fps in crowded areas. The Ally runs about 10-20% faster than the steam deck depending on the game at 15watts(steam deck max I think) and the Ally can go up to 25watts hand held and 30 plugged in.
