7/17/2023. Metlife FedVip Dental Insurance is an absolute scam. Keep shopping around. You will pay more in premiums and co-pays than Metlife pays in claims. The customer service is shotty and unprofessional. The appeals process is difficult, takes a long time, and will be denied regardless of supporting documents.
