I would level or coil overs, especially for 33s. Just did a level myself and although I like it, I think the coilovers are a better setup. I would check with Alex at F150lifts. You can get away with 33's without re-gearing, especially since you have a 351. If you are already planning to re-gear, just decide how big you want to be and plan from there. 35 and 6" lift is a commitment, 33 and 4" lift is more daily-doable, IMHO. My 33s wouldn't fit real well with just the 4.5" of lift and trimming. Though my BS was 3.75 and the tires are 33x14s. Wish I had taken a better pic of it with the lift and no trimming. Heck even with the trimming my back is close to hitting the fender lip at full flex.
