Seems to happen once every 15-30 minutes but if there's an active Terminal Overload it won't spawn Edit: Like the replies said, seems to be random and happens multiple times a day and I probably just happen to be there when it happens back-to-back

Most of the time we get 3 of 6 down. Always make it to the last group of three. The last three pack is sort of in a choke point and the minotaurs spawn one at a time right in the middle of the three, or they just stop spawning at all so you cant pick up the arc cranium to pop the invulnerable shields. it only happens in the same places as the incursion. sometimes right after the public event (but not always). so if you finish a public event in the incursion zone, hang around for a bit to see if the supernumerary event spawns. otherwise, leave the area and then come back (you'll get a fresh instance). 1.

Yes, Lost Sector exotics including Necrotic Grip can drop from the Vex Strike Force event that can happen in the incursion zone. However also, just making sure, you need Beyond Light as it is a Beyond Light-era exotic.
