I've checked the wiring and harness for any damage and im unable to find any. That was my 1st thought as well, but he said after it sits awhile it is hard to start. Normally injectors with high returns come into play when, say you shut truck off to refuel. The fuel is warm and flows easier and it wont restart. If you let truck sit a couple hour's and fuel cools down it fires right up.

I just had my Lml rebuilt. would the injectors need to be programmed after rebuild. Same original injectors. They were tested and cleaned. and if not do they at least need to go in the same positions? I am getting crank no start after fresh rebuild. Seems like it's not getting enough fuel can't find leaks. If it has signal from the key every time then the problem is the starter. If its not getting power when triggered it is before the starter and needs to be traced back. -Aaron- .Check your filter. If there is air in it and you can't prime it with the pump on the housing, you can either rebuild or replace the housing. Loosen the bleeder valve, pump the pump. I would take a look at the crank sensor as well. Mine was loosing prime and would either stall or not start. I did 2 things to fix the problem. I rebuilt the primer on the fuel filter housing and replace the bleed screw on the filter housing.
