Both of those file sizes are incomplete. It should be 105 MB. (108,081 KB) Just downloaded from each of the EU mirrors, and both files are the same, and working. (Well, apart from the fact that 0.5.13.1 is released now.. and the modpack might not work properly without update) (Also, wrong section ) 1.
