Payment for FSY Coordinators is $1,100 per FSY session completed. Responsibilities Organize and execute various duties and activities of the FSY program as assigned (including, but not limited to holding and leading effective meetings; facilitating activities such as check-in, orientation, devotionals, etc.) for the benefit of youth participants.

I did two years as an efy counselor in 2016 and 2017. I believe recently they changed to allow for fsy counselors to be paid. I think they were having trouble getting volunteers. I can’t remember how long it took to hear back. I did a virtual interview and an in-person interview. The experience was wonderful.
