Depending which way I point the barrel, the serial number is either 68999 or 66689. The second is a .32 topbreak w/hammer serial 142298.Coona$$, 'I' prefix would indicate manufacture in 1948. The Model 733 was introduced in 1957 - so NO it doesn't seem likely that 'I' would be the prefix. I believe that would be the MODEL number stamped on the end label of the box.
