My BG3 is loaded on a SATA SSD and I am loaded up in about 20seconds (though I haven't put a stop watch on it). Title. It takes me around 45 secs - 1 min to do a quicksave. No idea what's going on. Turned off all the cloud stuff, steam and in-game. Tried renaming the folder in appdata so the game made a new folder from steam cloud. Didn't change a thing. Firewall and anti-virus are all allowing the game. OP. PickledChicken. stranger. Joined: Sep 2023. Hello, The game used to start fine. Loading times to actually start the game are in excess of 10 minutes, if it loads at all. Moving my character has slowed down to be painstaking slow. I have submitted a bug to Larian with no response.
