Here is the pinout for that plug. Tap the Negative wire into the "2nd status output" (Blue/White) wire of the remote starter module. This "2nd status output" wire supplies ground when the remote start routine has been activated which will then energize the bypass module.I have to agree with what this dealer told you. There should be a little antenna wire from the remote start module that goes around the ignition. You can't see it unless you take the plastic housing off.
