Dec 5, 2022 · Whether or not this trinket is worth its insane cost is a personal decision that depends on your available gold and how aggressively you want to min-max your DPS output. For some context, Darkmoon Card: Greatness is a 15 DPS upgrade over the second best Phase 1 trinket Grim Toll, and a 56 DPS upgrade over the third best option Mirror of Truth.
I also bought mine today on firemaw, paid around 14.5k by buying individual cards on the AH. I’ve been crafting the cards pretty solidly the last few days and yeah the price has definitely been decreasing. Edit 5/09/09 : Ok, I have this Darkmoon Card: Death, Darkmoon Card: Greatness, and Mirror of Truth (as well as other trinkets). I play tested these three in combination. DMC:D did proc while Mirror of Truth was active, so they get along, clearly they don't share a 45 second cooldown. Same with DMC:D and DMC:G together!

Will check this on a few sheets to make sure but its 65dps better than grim toll and 38.5 better than Greatness for me.
