I was able to resolve this by going to the settings on my phone, then the eufy app and then selected “allow to connect to local network”. My system had been working just fine before but somehow this rest itself.No led (red or blue) and not online. I have to unplug the unit, wait a minute and if I'm lucky it, all actually light up and do something. Sometimes it just won't even power back on. There doesent seem to be any loose connection. So I'm curious if this is a known issue, or if I have a defective homebase?

Home base red light comes on once or twice a day lately. The red light engages on the home base for my eufy 2c home base a couple times a day for a min or two. I can still access and view the cameras via the app. So I don’t think they are off line. Anyone know why this is occurring. ?

It could be that battery is on it's way out if you've had it a couple of years. It it is new, it could be a faulty unit.
