Get a friend, place down a red soapstone sign with the Mound Makers covenant equipped and have them summon you. Kill them and you'll get your vertebra shackle. Same works for Pale Tongue farming if you have something that's not Mound Makers equipped. #3.

Catacombs of carthus is the mian spot to farm them if you are ashamed of your joker-esque clan or scared to die to the dreaded point downers. Go to the bonfire next to the ball of love, go back and kill the two shield bois with the mimic head on until you go hollow. Bring a blunt weapon to smack them around and make the fight easier.
