At minimum you will want to run and adjustable track bar and be prepared to do some trimming to the front bumper braces and inner fender liners. Depending on wheels you may also rub on the radius arms at full steering lock.

And my 6.0 is pushing these 37s around just fine. It'll be fine. Just do test fitting with rims first. I have 4.5" on 35's. 12" of gap in fender wells. I've spaced out for the extra size of 37's and once these wear out, am upsizing. Might have to spacer the bumper and trim the valance.

FYI - Ford is putting a 35" spare under the new Tremor package trucks. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock.
