On some cars in the box by the fuses, you will see a little plastic tool like small tweezers plugged in like the fuses.It is used to grab hold and pull the fuses out.If there is not one, I would get me a pair of needle nose pliers and grab hold and work it back and forth very easy as not to break it off. they are tougher then you think though.
