Halo is Kwikset’s Wi-Fi smart lock. There are two models – a touchscreen and a keypad – and works with the Kwikset App which allows a user to remotely lock and unlock the deadbolt, program custom access codes with schedules, view lock event history, and even share management of the lock with others.
The steps below are to change your access code to a new code. This will also remove any previous codes stored in the Powerbolt's memory. 1. Manually put the bolt in the extended (lock) position. Press the PROGRAM button once, enter your new 4 - 8 digit code and then press the LOCK button. 2. Make sure to enter a valid Mastercode in step 4.10. While the door is open and locked, test the user code to make sure it no longer unlocks the door.Deleting All User Codes with the Mastercode Enabled1. Keep door open. Press the Program button once.
