Before I go out and spend a hundred bucks on a magazine, I’d like to know if it at least fits in the magwell properly.The Ks47 Gen2 resolves this by adding material to the inside of the upper. At this point the rifle can cycle by hand. Time to mount a key-mo muzzle device. The BRN barrel is thin with the ⅝" gas block. That leaves little to no barrel for a shoulder for the muzzle device. In hindsight I wouldn't have copied the BRN design.

Jan 29, 2021 · In the BRN there is very little room. I decided to copy a mod I saw someone do on a Gen 1 Ks47. Drill and tap holes for two socket head cap screws to go through the sides of receiver. Then mill a small amount off the bottom side of those bolts until the mag was a tight fit. The Ks47 Gen2 resolves this by adding material to the inside of the upper.
