239 posts · Joined 2005. #1 · Jul 25, 2005. On Saturday I noticed many boats anchored out in front of Seaway Island. Most of these boats were from Michigan. Lots of people on the beach. Looking at the chart of the area, the border passes down the canal on the west side of the island. This means that the beach side should be totally in Canada.
