Full timers don't get to see their new percentage until June because even though the new profit percentage takes effect in may you don't see that bonus it impacts until June because the hours worked for it are in may. The bonus we get in may is from hours worked in April which is under a different pay scale technically.

It doesn’t effect your ability to promote too much, if anything if you impress the TM over the project, it could help you. Once you get off projects, you can get right back on erp.
