Personally I use Colourfulness 1.5 because I think it looks to pale. Clarity 3-4 with LumaSharpen 0.7 to get more contrast between colors. AdaptiveSharpen 0.2 with FXAA 0.25 for better edges. The regular build of ReShade will not work with FFXIV. Do not tick the options to install the shader packs from vanilla ReShade during the install process.
