Thats a lot of weight and, possibly more important in tarkov, space. For comparison, every two grenades is roughly the size of a magazine.

Odd, I have the required skill and I have the same problem. I go into gunsmith to look in underbarrels or barrels and there are no grenade launcher attachments. I'm using an assault rifle, tried with multiple different guns, and nothing. Can't press down while aiming, that doesn't work either.
