With a strat HSS you can't go wrong if you're looking for versatility (in fact, I think if you put it up for a vote, the HSS strat will likely be the most versatile of any guitar, period). I like either G12H30 teamed with a Blue in an open back cab.The FF is bassier, the gain is smoother and it has a very good cleanup. The Serie 3 Fuzz has a more even EQ, and the overall gain is more raw (Bias at 0). The cleanup is ok, but nothing like the FF. That why it reminds more of an earlier ToneBenber than a FF.The SD has lower gain than an AC booster (feels like it) but cleans up better. If you're interested in a DD-ish pedal with a mids knob, check out the GCX. It has the gain changer/LTD flavor, but with a mids knob like I said.
