Vortex update all mods.
Checked the plugins and sure enough, Vortex disabled all plugins, including Dawnguard.esm, Dragonborn.esm, and HearthFires.esm. I manually enabled them all and it was fine for a day. Fast forward to me turning my PC off and trying the next day. Vortex disabled them all again. It's done this for three days in a row now.

Dec 8, 2023 · Alright so found a solution to get things playable for myself with all this Bethesda Bs. So Vortex plugins kept getting disabled a setting in SSE Engine Fixes mod. So if your using that mod, go to your Data folder, open EngineFixes.toml with notepad++ and find and set to EnableAchievementsWithMods = false. Dec 12, 2023 · Since Bethesda pushed the latest Skyrim SE update (1.6.1130) users have been reporting a problem where all of their plugins get disabled in-game after launching. While initial reports seemed to blame Vortex/MO2 for this action. It turns out to have been related to an SKSE mod that is not fully compatible with the base game.
