Meaning, you can lock/unlock the door with the battery disconnected. That aside, it does sound like something electrical. Maybe the battery is toast. I'm assuming that your side rollers are in good shape. IF that is the case, open the door manually, and detach the cables from the rollers.called the dealership for a motor and it was $500+!
