I've narrowed the wire down that has the draw, Gray with Red strip coming into the fuse block in the top large plug. Attached image is the fuse block, the Gray/Red wire is one of the terminals that I have highlighted. The Jeep is at my shop so I can't remember which exactly but it is one those 2. That block is the top large plug above the fuses.
