I have a 99 Johnson 150 Ocean Pro 2 stroke on my boat. I have replaced everything on this motor and rebuilt the carbs, but I can not get it to go over 3000 rpms. For some reason I just thought about checking the thermostats, so I opened up the housing on both sides and they weren't in there.
