First try, me and my 2 LFG pickups made it to the boss room. The Strand Hunter had no issue grappling to the cheese spot. At that point, the strategy was "do as much damage as possible and then let the Strand Hunter finish the boss off." We kamikazed the first third of the boss's health, died, and waited for him to finish the boss off. People were whining about the difficulty of Lake of Shadows but my group 1 shot it and that's even with some dude accidentally killing himself and having his res stuck in the cheese spot at the top of the map, so we had to 2 man the boss.

Nowhere to hide, black goo almost everywhere, ads one shot you, you have to ruin your loadout to get elemental protection mods on.
