Edit: Okay I managed to make it work, TL;DR the issue was caused by Dice so Nice and it was fixed by checking the Display chat message immediately in Dice so Nice Module Settings. I think the issue is that Monk's Token Bar may not call the portions of the API that MIDI QOL is listening for. I had a note that they did not play well together.FVTT In Use. I automated the Piercer feat for 5e, based loosely on the macro for Sneak Attack from midi-qol. Here's the script if anyone wants it. Add this as a macro and then add a flags.dnd5e.DamageBonusMacro effect to the Piercer feat, calling this macro. If anyone wants to add this to any module, feel free to do so.

The ADV/Dis-ADV thing is pretty easy to fix, you just need to adjust the shortcut keys for midi. Go to the settings tab then Configure Controls. Look for midi and change the shortcuts.I've managed to set up the concentrator on Midi QOL pretty well, except for one thing. The concentration check doesn't happen if the target only takes temporary hp damage. With a Twilight Cleric in the party, there is going to be a lot of temporary hp. First I would install the Convenient Effects module. Your spells have to be configured for DAE to trigger reactions with MidiQoL which is what CE does for a dozen or so very common spells and class features. Midi can reference CE when triggering certain reaction spells and Shield is probably the most common type of that at early levels.
