I have taken 4 NBMEs and my score dropped from a 62% on NBME 31 (last week) to a 57% on NBME 28 (four days after). I consistently score about 50% on every u world block. I feel like I am not retaining information correctly. I have tried keeping up with anki of UW questions I miss and sketchy but I barely get through those.
