I personally feel it was worth buying back in October. Some jankiness and imbalance (particularly around supernations and Dyson Mercury), but perfectly playable. Its only improved since then. Only thing that I found obnoxious enough to almost make me stop was the old Bombardment bug which's been fixed for a while.
