Technicolor CGA4236 (leased from Breezeline) in bridge mode to a Netgear R9000 w/ DD-WRT on 500/50 service, zero issues. SB8200 for 3+ years - I have their 1 Gbps service (and previously had 500 Mbps service with WOW before Breezeline acquired WOW's Ohio customers). No issues whatsoever with the modem itself.
