Dodge durango intermittent starting problem.
The Dealer may have found the problem. There was a module that controls the accent lights in the door that was faulty. This module is connected with the push start button and the wireless starting module. Hope it fixes the problem. My dealer pulled the code up when he plugged his IPAD into my On Board Diagnostic Port.

But the STALLING! ugh - read on... RPM's would consistently fade below 500 upon deceleration (i.e. slowing for turns, traffic lights, etc.), shudder and then stall.
The problem is the coil has intermittent problems when hot and a voltage test will not identify it when cold. So I went and bought two OEM coil packs from the dealer and while there a service tech said coil packs 7 & 8 are common to go as water tends to drip on them more for the challengers due to the hood vents.

Keep in mind, that if the battery has gone dead, been unhooked, replaced, etc. some of the codes may have cleared. Start with the ignition key at the off position. Rotate it from off to run (not start) 3 time within 5 seconds. you'll end up leaving it in run.
