Both arcade games are very difficult to complete, it just takes practice to get better at them. I'm pretty sure it pauses time when you are playing, (as long as you are not playing co-op) so take as much time as you need to complete it. Don't try to get all the coins if it is too risky.

If you get through the second level in under a minute, you can skip the third level. Try to look ahead and pick a path and stick to it. You really need this skill in the final level. Watch other people play it to see how they handle certain levels and obstacles. And quit when you start to get frustrated.
