Power Gear Hydraulic Leveler - Pump While halfway through our recent trip to Alaska my hydraulic levelers died. They are Power gear, three point, with obsolete controller 500105 and power unit 500452 It smelled like the motor was very burned. I pulled the motor from the leveler (three point jack unit) and it showed an open circuit.
I am very new at this. I have a new 2006 Sun voyager 8351 that has a Power Gear leveling system. I do not know what the model number is because there was no manual delivered with the RV. I am having trouble getting the RV level. I seems that whatever I do it becomes more unlevel left to right. I need operating instructions and/or the model number.STEP 1 - Turn the slide-out system key switch to ON. STEP 2 - Press and hold the room direction switch in the OUT position until the room is fully extended and stops moving. The control will automatically shut off the motor, locking the room in place. STEP 3 - Release the switch and turn the slide-out system key to OFF.Unlock the button, and equal on safety MYSELF press the "retract all" pad whereupon EGO heard a slight snap. The Jack's on the Discovery are working, sort of.
