Living in eastern Virginia and started having the same issues this week. Disconnected the cable to dish and reconnected, changed the router, factory reset the original router, rebooted many times and it did come back up for about 4 hours and now it hasn't been up for 3 days. Still having the online/offline disconnected issues this morning.
Suddenly can't connect to dish. Router was red the last 3-4 days but still had connectivity. Nothing appeared out of place in the app. Tonight the dish went down. Sorry for the delay - got slammed at work the past couple days. You could connect the Deco in AP mode right to the aux port of the Starlink router. I don’t remember if you can turn off wifi in the Starlink router - pretty sure you can. Only time I used the Starlink supplied router was when I first set the system up.
