This means the data being sent from my devices to the server and back again loses a bit of the data along the way. This causes a lot of glitches and lags in many of the games I play.

However, as of a few months or so, at around 8pm est is when I start to see severe packet loss in game (5-20%) with abnormal pings up to 88ms. This obviously makes it difficult to play games like Warzone or any game for that matter. The packet loss window usually happens from 8pm est-10:30pm est and has been happening like clockwork.
