the only workable balanced build is super strike+basic attack and youd still probably be served better to pick 100 in strike and leave basic attack alone. and then its only useful for a female saiyan. male saiyans are only good for basic attack builds. there is no way for you to get a decent amount of everything.

Super saiyan is basically the inverse of super Vegeta. God boosts basic attack by 40%, an additional amount on the final hits of basic strings if you time the input right, and boosts ki gain by 50% so you can infinite with supers instead of just basics. There's more to those forms in terms of stats, but I just gave some basic summaries.
