Blackstone 2151 vs 1899.
The 1932 has the flip up top, the 1866 has the hard cover. I have an 1863 with the hard caver but really wished I had researched and gotten the flip top. I called Blackstone about converting it but apparently the flip top base is much sturdier. I did see a non-blackstone conversion kit on line for $169.00.
