Truck will intermittently not start when temp is below 35 degrees. The only code is p0090. I clear the code and it starts up immediately. Scanned, P0090 code, cleared it and drove it with the scanner plugged in, pressure was between 4000psi idle and 20000 psi pegged. Got some codes and ended up pulling the turbo and giving the vanes a good deep clean, put it back together and they were nice and smooth. I still had the codes so I swapped the VPS and the solenoid with known good ones.
