In an effort to use the God given freedoms one has I set out on a journey to build my own "Glock" style pistol from a P80 kit. I personally went P80 route because after adding up the cost of a oem Glock build vs a P80, I spent less on my P80 and built it the way I wanted and not having left over parts.The latest jig from 80% Arms, the Gen 3, definitely enhances the original design and offers so much more in the way of useability. Being partial to the 45 ACP, I think it will be a great EDC pistol. Still wish P80 would do a G30/29 kit. I have built several of theirs, both hand and long.
