Dr. Ozdemir doesn't grade the exams but the TA's that do are very strict. If you don't get essentially the right steps for every problem you'll get 5/20 points for the question. Exams got tougher as you go; got an A on the first one, and literally failed the rest without the curve. Curved each exam 15 points. Dr.Professor Schreve is easily one of the best professors I've had at LSU. He clearly cares for his students and wants us to succeed. The class itself is difficult but that's how Calc 2 would be with any teacher even if they're really good. He's very accessible outside of class via email and during office hours. His classes were fun even w/Calc 2!
