Since the spinoff of NextBridge was a distribution that was 100% the value of MMTLP, the ex-date should have been Dec. 15, which was the day after the distribution date. The two days between the record date and payable date should have traded "due-bills", according to FINRA'S rules, with trading halted and not quoted ex-dividend. FINRA RULE
