There is a lot of underground parking in the old town. On weekends they have day rates from about $7-10. The large city hall lot used to charge $10 for a weekend day rate and my favourite lot was cheaper $6 at the time. I have never been on Labour Day weekend but my favourite lot was never even close to full. I would forget about street parking.
