Use the correct tiles to walk instead of run to use 0 stams depending on agility level. Bring explorers ring for like 800k alchs per trip and run energy recharge. Ez game. My advice: Learn 6:0 with the bowfa on accurate. This makes the bowfa match the game ticks of a crossbow on rapid which this method was designed for.

Saves so many stams. This is a method for 5 tick weapons (crossbows), altar/door is for 4 tick weapons (bowfa). But yes, altar/door 6:0 with bowfa is much, much better than this.
