The Battleship strike team is certainly the best, either full of partial. And the interceptor one also works well enough. But the explorer crew sucks. The others can let you punch well over your weight, even take on G4 ships with G3 ships, but the explorer crew loses to almost any other PVP crew G3 vs G3.
Since the Realta is unique and unscrappable and there's no tier 1 interceptor I don't think there's any use for excess tier 1 interceptor or explorer parts.
