You aren't going to find a broker who settles funds faster. Sounds like you are trading a cash account. Funds will take 2 days after your trade date to settle. That's a function of the clearing house and regulations not really a function of the broker. On a side note, the Webull desktop platform is pretty robust. Especially for newer day traders.
