I had a similar problem with my 2004 Accord with 227K miles. The blower was working, but the compressor wouldn't come on. There was adequate pressure in the AC system. I switched the two relays with the "snowflake" sign in the engine compartment fuse box. It started working, so I just went and bought a new relay.
