I would call and ask them. I have Caremark and requested my Dr. send in an RX for Wegovy yesterday. The pharmacy sent it back for a PA and a short time later it was approved. I imagine different plans under Caremark have different PA requirements but each plan should have its own very specific set of standards and not an arbitrary process.
