Edelbrock 7102 cam sound.
I have a Edelbrock rpm cam (7102),valve springs (5703) that came with the car when I bought it.I have read on here that some people arent to impressed with this cam, would the comp cam xe274h,xe268h or another cam be a better choice. & could I use the stock vavle springs.The car will just be driven to work & around town.

I've got a 78 350 with the rpm cam in it. The motor has 10.1, sportsmen heads,air-gap,800 cfm carter carb and is punched out 90 thousands. It has a 4 speed with a 3.50 first gear and 3.70 gears.What I can tell you is it has a nice sound and out of the hole I've got a hard time keeping it straight.
